We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Ad Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital advertising and media sales.
**THIS JOB IS SPECIFICALLY FOR MUMBAI LOCATION ONLY**
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential advertisers, agencies, and brands.
- Forecast revenue objectives through proper account management to achieve organisational goals.
- Pitch digital advertising solutions (Display, Video, Native, Performance, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable media plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Campaign Management) for smooth execution.
- Track campaign performance and share reports with clients.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / online advertising (preferred)
- Self-driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts
- Proficient in data analytical tools eg: Google analytics.
- Having handled categories among media entertainment, E-Commerce, BFSI, fintech, cryptocurrency, telecom, fitness tech, home, education books will be preferred5
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & email communication
