Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Navi Mumbai, Rajkot
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve ad sales and bulk ticket sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and advertising agencies.
- Sell cinema on-screen & off-screen ad inventory, and other media solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Coordinate with operations teams to manage inventory for maximum profitability.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Track competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure 100% collection of outstanding payments.
- Handle client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Age-33 yrs max.
- Manager: 5-7 years in advertising/media/marketing sales (cinema, radio, print, OOH, digital).
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English & local language.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred (mandatory for Manager role).
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings (field sales role).
