Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals to streamline our campaign operations and workflow. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact, making quick, informed decisions on task distribution and ensuring that projects are routed to the appropriate teams for execution. You'll be responsible for mastering complex operational workflows within a short period and maintaining high efficiency across all internal processes.

Primary focus of your role involves executing foundational tracking protocols and ensuring data accuracy through monitoring of MMP integrations, ideal candidate will possess the agility to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and team coordination will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Task Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end distribution of tasks across various teams, making critical decisions on resource allocation to ensure the right tasks are assigned to the right specialists for maximum efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between multiple teams, utilizing exceptional communication skills to route work, provide updates, and maintain a calm, professional demeanour during high-pressure situations or tight deadlines.
  • Agile Learning & Process Building: Quickly learn and apply technical and industry knowledge to improve tracking processes, while building standardised best practices that enhance the speed and accuracy of campaign execution.
  • MMP & Tracking Execution: Lead the execution of tracking tests by leveraging a deep understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and programmatic campaign logic to ensure flawless data attribution and campaign launches.
  • Workflow & Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date Jira process documentation, ensuring an in-depth understanding of internal workflows.
  • Cultural & Professional Excellence: Demonstrate a focused mindset, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accountability, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritises precision and operational excellence.

Required Skills And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Ad-Operations is preferred, but we are also open to motivated freshers with a strong desire to build a career in the programmatic marketing landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a compulsory focus on clarity, collaboration, and professional transparency across multiple teams.
  • High operational agility, with the ability to make quick, logical decisions and remain calm and focused while routing tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation (experience with Jira, data visualization tools, or marketing dashboards is a significant plus)
  • A proactive learning attitude and genuine curiosity to stay updated on digital trends, MMP's, and programmatic best practices.
