About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure flawless campaign execution, accurate tracking, timely delivery, and insightful reporting — helping our team maximize ROI and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, or other programmatic systems.
  • Implement and troubleshoot ad tags, pixels, and tracking codes (Floodlight, UTM, conversion pixels, etc.).
  • Collaborate with account managers, media planners, and creative teams to ensure accurate trafficking and timely campaign launches.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and budgets.
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or tracking errors promptly.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain best practices for ad trafficking, QA, and reporting.
  • Work closely with analytics and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and attribution tracking.
  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends, ad tech developments, and platform updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or digital media execution.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, Xandr, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of ad trafficking, tags, pixels, and tracking technologies.
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics tools; experience with Looker Studio or similar dashboards preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
