Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Ad Operations Specialist with
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance reporting while ensuring seamless delivery for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization
- Implement and QA ad tags, creatives, tracking pixels, and third-party tags
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure delivery, pacing, and KPI alignment
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate with internal teams or clients for quick resolution
- Work closely with media buyers, account managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry best practices
- Maintain documentation of campaign details and processes
- Mentor junior team members when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations / Digital Media
- Strong experience in ad trafficking and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with ad servers (Google Ad Manager or similar platforms preferred)
- Knowledge of third-party tracking tools and tags
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication skills for cross-team coordination
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients (US market preferred)
- Understanding of programmatic advertising
- Knowledge of digital metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, conversions, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML/JavaScript tags is a plus
