  • Operations management of your team with daily meetings with the team leads.
  • Report on the quality of tickets on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Ensure that all SLA's & KPI's for each work stream are met as per contract and client expectations.
  • Act as the contact for escalation, trouble shooting and issue resolution arising from work stream related activities.
  • Resolve delivery related queries and issues from the team leads.
  • Identify process improvements, optimization and share beneficial recommendations with the client.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for you and your team.
  • Develop strong working relationship with key client stakeholders and proactively address their needs for your work streams.
  • Respond to client requests in non-standard situations, investigating all the possibilities for a solution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all the work streams under your purview.
  • Participate in Business Requirement assessment and document business processes, flows, use cases and business requirements for your work streams.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the delivery areas for your work streams and share best practices with team.

Primary Skills

  • Experience in media, adtech and content & creative processes & deliverables in FMCG organization.
  • Proven experience of delivering complex media campaigns for global clients.
  • Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in a project management role is preferred but not mandatory.
