Job Description

  • Lead the strategic vision and design of HC systems infrastructure in collaboration with global stakeholders, developers, and senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary liaison across HC, Technology, Analytics, and Global Products, ensuring seamless alignment of priorities and outcomes.
  • Engage extensively with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and create detailed process maps.
  • Conduct deep assessment of existing HC technology, identify gaps, and develop roadmaps for future-state systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee project planning and cross-team collaboration, ensuring connectivity between all HC sub-functions.
  • Manage the complete testing lifecycle-including drafting test cases, leading UAT, and ensuring alignment with user and quality requirements.
  • Ensure all HC systems are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and usability, enabling enhanced decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HC technology professionals, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12-20 years of experience, preferably in a product or services firm.
  • Strong product or project management experience, with a proven track record of building custom systems from the ground up.
  • Experience in building in-house applications (not limited to implementation of third-party systems).
  • Exposure to HR Infrastructure and Systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Not seeking candidates who have primarily worked as Workday or SAP consultants.
  • This is a people leadership role, requiring strong stakeholder management and team mentoring capabilities.



MUST:

  • Deep understanding of developing in house HR systems & Infrastructure
  • Ground up fundamental understanding of creating HR systems and not just implementing tools like workday and SAP.
