Job Description

The DEx Lead is a strategic, lead-level role responsible for driving delivery excellence initiatives, portfolio governance, and quality management practices across ERP and CRM projects. The role involves supporting business units, leading a team, and collaborating with leadership to implement best-in-class delivery standards, frameworks, and innovation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to business development activities including RFP responses, solution reviews, due diligence, and customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Assist in standardizing contracts, reviewing critical commitments, and enabling compliance tracking.
  • Implement mature delivery practices, tools, standards, and models (CMMI, ISO) for ERP/CRM product suites like Oracle, SAP, PEGA, Salesforce.
  • Facilitate delivery governance, performance reporting, and SLA monitoring across projects, programs, and portfolios.
  • Drive risk management practices, including early risk identification, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Facilitate implementation of Product & Service Quality (PSQ) assurance frameworks to ensure first-time-right quality.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for SLA breaches, defects, and automation/debt analysis use cases.
  • Perform metrics analysis, benchmarking, and promote a data-driven management by metrics culture.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on customer-facing themes and actionable ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong quality management background with exposure to CMMI, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, Kanban, Scrum, ISO, PMP, or Prince2.
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid Agile, DevOps, and lifecycle methodologies for ERP/CRM implementation and maintenance projects.
  • Exposure to package solutions / COTS products, system integration activities, and ERP/CRM tools (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, PEGA).
  • Experience managing SAP projects including S4 Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield implementations, upgrades, and migrations (On-Prem to Cloud).
  • Knowledge of SLA management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and project management tools (Rally, Jira, MS Project).
  • Ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and drive decisions based on portfolio performance.
