Role Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong and analytically driven
Actuarial Leader to head a dynamic team focused on
pricing, business development, and portfolio management for
Personal Accident, Parametric, Crop, and Cattle Lines of Business (LOBs). The ideal candidate will combine deep actuarial expertise with advanced statistical modeling, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and validate pricing frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Actuarial pricing for Health and PA affinity, Gov Health, Parametric and Crop Insurance.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and take corrective actions.
- Mentor and develop junior actuarial talent, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning.
- Build and enhance pricing models using advanced statistical techniques.
- Leverage AI and automation to optimize pricing processes and improve efficiency.

Experience: 5-10 years in pricing preferably in Health/PA LOB
