Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Activities Specialist based in Central Delhi. The Activities Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing various thematic activities, workshops, and programs designed to cultivate creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and adaptability among school-aged children. Responsibilities include engaging with learners, collaborating with educational institutions, managing program logistics, and maintaining a positive and inclusive environment during all sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with learners of different age groups.
• Proficiency in activity planning, event coordination, and workshop management.
• Creative thinking and adaptability to tailor sessions to meet diverse learning goals.
• Skills in organizing, collaboration, and teamwork to execute programs successfully with education partners.
• Background in education, psychology, or related fields is a plus.
• Passion for child development and familiarity with 21st-century essential skills will be advantageous.
• Flexibility to handle dynamic and interactive learning environments.

Salary : 4-5 LPA
