Active Directory Specialist

We're Hiring: Active Directory & Azure Identity Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Active Directory & Azure Identity Administrator to manage enterprise directory services, security, and cloud identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Active Directory Administration

• Manage and maintain enterprise AD infrastructure (Domains, Forests, DCs)
• Handle schema, domain, and enterprise-level administration
• Perform DC promotion/decommission and manage trust relationships
• Ensure AD security, integrity, and compliance

Group Policy & Directory Services

• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Manage OU structures, ADMX templates, and policy enforcement
• Handle NTFS/share permissions and access controls

Identity & Federation

• Manage ADFS and authentication systems
• Oversee PKI and certificate infrastructure
• Configure secure remote administration

Azure & Cloud Identity

• Administer Azure Entra ID (AAD), tenant management, and identity sync
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and modern authentication
• Work with Azure tools like Sentinel and B2C tenants

Monitoring, Security & Operations

• Monitor AD health, security events, and compliance
• Manage alerts (SCOM or similar tools)
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution (P1/P2)
• Support migrations, upgrades, and DR planning/testing

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Active Directory (On-Prem)
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Entra ID / Azure AD
• Experience with ADFS, PKI, and Certificate Management
• Solid understanding of GPO, OU, NTFS permissions
• Knowledge of Windows Server (20082019)
• Scripting experience in PowerShell / VBScript

Good to Have

• Experience with Quest Active Roles / AD Manager
• Exposure to Azure Sentinel
• Certification like AZ-305 (preferred)

Experience: 10-12yrs
