Active Directory Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory (L3) to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure environments. The role involves handling Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), PKI, automation, and security-related activities while ensuring high availability, stability, and compliance of systems.

Primary Skills (Technical Must Haves)

Looking for a Specialist (Level 3) AD with strong experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID) and PKI

Should have strong expertise with Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).

Should have strong experience with PKI, Certificate Management.

Deep expertise in On-Prem AD (2003/2008/2012/2016/2019).

Strong experience with PowerShell for Automation

Strong experience on GPO management, DNS, ADFS, LDAP, Entra ID and Entra ID connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure AD / Entra ID) environments.
• Handle PKI / Certificate management (internal & external) including renewals, requests, and incident resolution.
• Perform L3 level troubleshooting for AD, PKI, IAM, and infrastructure related issues.
• Manage GPO, DNS, ADFS, LDAP, Entra ID Connect and related identity services.
• Perform account review, cleanup, and security hardening activities.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Support IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and data protection standards.
• Work on incident, service request, and change management as per ITIL process.
• Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and support global stakeholders.
• Maintain system stability, uptime, and performance of directory services.
• Create documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
