IAM / Active Directory L3 Engineer

This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing the organization's Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user account lifecycle management (creation, modification, termination), and the automation and streamlining of existing identity tools and processes. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining user objects, organizational units, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs), troubleshooting AD services, ensuring security compliance, and implementing automation with scripting languages like Python and PowerShell. The goal is to enhance security, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a robust identity and access management (IAM) system.

Experience: 610 years (L3 Level)

Work Mode: 5 days/week

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

We are urgently looking for an experienced IAM / Active Directory L3 Engineer to join our client's IT Infrastructure / Identity & Access Management team.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, FSMO Roles.
• Hands-on with ADFS, Azure AD, SSO.
• Experience in Identity lifecycle management (Provisioning, De-provisioning, Access Reviews) .
• Troubleshooting authentication, trust, and replication issues.
• PowerShell scripting for AD/IAM automation.

Security compliance and auditing

Good to Have:

• Certifications: MCSE, Microsoft Certified: Identity & Access Administrator
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.)
• Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity
• Cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM)
