Active Directory Security Engineer
Location: Gurgaon(Hybrid 3 days office)
Experience: 7+ Years
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Role Summary:
Responsible for Active Directory security hardening and authentication improvements across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AD security hardening and reduce legacy technical debt
- Migrate authentication from NTLMv2 to Kerberos
- Disable RC4 encryption and enforce LDAP channel binding
- Review and remediate Active Directory ACL permissions
- Improve service account security and management
- Analyze authentication/security logs and identify risks
- Support application teams in resolving authentication and protocol issues
Skills Required:
- Strong Active Directory security expertise
- Knowledge of Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, SMB, Windows authentication
- Experience with AD hardening and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in enterprise environments.
