Job Description

Key Job Profile & Responsibilities:

  • Manage an outbound and inbound calling profile, aiming for daily connected calls with a talk time target (typically 90-100 connected calls daily).
  • Facilitate and ensure the placement of the first trade for accounts assigned for calling, guiding clients through the trading process.
  • Actively cross-sell Mutual Fund SIPs and other third-party financial products to clients.
  • Achieve assigned targets for calling, account activation, and mutual fund cross-selling.
  • Performance-based incentives will be provided.
  • Mandatory certifications required within 3 months of joining are NISM Series VII (Equity Derivatives) / NISM Series VA (Mutual Fund Distributors) and NISM Series I (Equity Derivatives). Additional certifications may be required as per business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Fresher candidates with NISM Series VIII certification and good market knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong interest in the financial markets and equity trading.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on client onboarding and support.
