About The Opportunity
A role in the Financial Services / RegTech sector focused on Financial Crime Risk & Compliance implementations. The team delivers enterprise-grade AML and fraud detection platforms, integrating NICE Actimize solutions with bank transaction systems, KYC feeds and case-management workflows. This on-site India position owns development and delivery of Actimize modules within production banking environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure and develop NICE Actimize solutions (AML, Fraud and Case Management) to meet functional requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Implement detection rules, scenarios and risk scoring models; tune rules to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Actimize and upstream/downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs, batch feeds and message middleware.
- Write backend code, SQL/PL-SQL procedures and scripts to support data onboarding, enrichment and alert generation.
- Support deployments, perform environment validations, troubleshoot production incidents and implement fixes with change-control discipline.
- Collaborate with business analysts, testing teams and operations to produce technical design documents, runbooks and knowledge transfer materials.
