Job Title: Actimize Developer
Experience: 3-7 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:.
  • Maintain and enhance banking systems, specifically AML solutions built on the NICE Actimize platform.
  • Perform system impact analysis, design, and development, including local code customization, unit testing, and application of product patches/core packages.
  • Provide support for system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production implementation.
  • Create and maintain SDLC artifacts such as functional specifications, technical documents, system layouts, diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Manage and support system environments across production and testing, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Deliver BAU support to business units, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in NICE Actimize (SAM/ActOne/AIS) development/support within banking or financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking domain, AML processes, and regulatory controls.
  • Expertise in scenario governance, rule configuration, cloning, and optimization for transaction monitoring (TMS/SAM).
  • Hands-on experience in alert generation, detection debugging, scoring, and alert distribution mechanisms.
  • Proficient in case management workflows (CMT) including alert handling, investigation, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Experience with Actimize Delivery Module, system enhancements, and full SDLC lifecycle execution.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle Database, Shell Scripting, and basic Linux operations.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, perform troubleshooting, and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Capable of mentoring junior team members, planning test cases, and assessing regression impacts.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
