Job Title: Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: On-Site (Full-time)

Role Overview

Learnyst is building a webinar-first growth engine to onboard and scale 10,000+ creators in India.

As a Webinar Manager, you will own the end-to-end webinar funnel, from creator onboarding to revenue generation & turning webinars into a primary acquisition and monetisation channel.

You will work closely with founders, creators, marketing, and product teams to design, optimise, and scale high-converting webinar systems.

Core Responsibilities

1. Webinar Funnel Ownership (Primary KPI: Revenue)

Own the entire webinar funnel:

  • Ads - Landing page - Registration - Attendance - Engagement- Conversion - Upsell
  • Drive creator-led webinars as the core acquisition channel

Optimise for:

  • Cost per registration (CPR)
  • Show-up rate
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue per webinar

Build repeatable webinar formats across:

  • Test prep (JEE/NEET)
  • Skill-based creators
  • Upskilling & professional courses
  • Corporate trainers

2. Creator Onboarding & Enablement

Identify and onboard high-potential education creators

Help creators to:

  • Structure their website, webinar topic & pitch
  • Design offers are aligned with pricing models
  • Deliver high-converting sessions

Build a Webinar Playbook for creators:

  • Hook frameworks
  • Storytelling
  • Offer positioning
  • Objection handling

3. Offer & Monetisation Strategy

Co-create webinar offers with creators:

  • Low-ticket entry
  • Free Trial-based Offers

Experiment with:

  • GMV-based pricing models
  • NO RISK offers
  • Scarcity & urgency frameworks
  • Improve CAC: LTV ratio

4. Promotion & Demand Generation

Plan and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy:

  • Paid ads (Meta, Google)
  • Creator audiences (organic + partnerships)
  • Email, WhatsApp, retargeting

Work with the performance team to:

  • Scale winning funnels
  • Build systems to reduce dependency on paid ads over time

5. Webinar Experience & Conversion Optimisation

Improve live webinar experience:

  • Scripts
  • Polls
  • Engagement hooks
  • Q&A handling

Reduce drop-offs and maximise:

  • Watch time
  • Offer visibility
  • Conversion intent
  • Work closely with sales

6. Automated Webinar Engine

Build and scale automated webinar funnels:

  • Optimise automated funnels for:
  • Consistent daily SQLs
  • Consistent daily automated sales

7. Analytics & Funnel Intelligence

Track and analyse:

  • Registration - Attendance - Conversion funnel
  • Creator-wise performance
  • Channel-wise ROI

Build dashboards for:

  • Revenue
  • CAC
  • Payback period
  • Identify bottlenecks and run rapid experiments

8. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work with:
  • Marketing to build offers and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Product to improve the LIVE experience of the Learnyst platform during webinars.
  • Sales to Align on follow-ups, closing high-value potentials
  • Ensure tight execution across teams without bottlenecks

What Success Looks Like (6 Months)

  • Built a scalable webinar engine, contributing a significant % of new revenue
  • Onboarded and activated high-performing creators via webinars
  • Established repeatable, high-converting webinar formats
  • Launched automated webinar funnels, generating consistent daily revenue

Improved key metrics:

  • Show-up rate
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue per webinar

Qualifications & Skills

Two to five years of experience in:

  • Webinar funnels / info-product funnels
  • Performance marketing/growth/funnel optimisation

Strong understanding of:

  • Consumer psychology & conversion
  • Info-product / cohort-based course sales

Hands-on experience with:

  • Webinar platforms (Zoom, WebinarJam, etc.)
  • Funnel tools & landing pages

Analytical mindset:

  • Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and experimentation
  • High ownership mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience working with creators/educators.
  • Exposure to the Indian Ed-tech and creator market.
