Role/ Job Title: Acquisition Process Officer
Function/ Department: Branch Banking
Job Purpose
The role entails driving the process pertaining to account opening and customer service process for the Corporate Salary segment in a branch/region contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives. The role bearer would be responsible for ensuring high process efficiencies and best in-class customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process forms for account opening and close the service requests for Corporate Salary segment with First Time Right approach and keeping errors within acceptable norms
- Assisting in timely resolution of queries/discrepancies raised by stakeholders
- Aligning with the Channel Partners to highlight & resolve discrepancies, if any, at the earliest to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Ensuring adherence to banking regulations & policies pertaining to Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Data & Information security etc.
- Assist Acquisition Process Manager in spearheading initiative to reduce operational costs and drive strategies to increase profitability
- Being regularly updated on products, policy and competition
- Ensure compliance to internal guidelines and regulations
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology / Math's / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
