Job Purpose

Lead architectural Acoustic design delivery for major project segments with autonomy. Engage clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality design outcomes that align with project goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee acoustics, noise & vibration control design development and integration across disciplines.

Lead coordination and resolution of complex acoustics design issues.

Engage directly with clients to present designs and receive feedback.

Guide design teams to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation.

Develop acoustics design documentation including drawings and reports.

Foster collaboration across project teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Promote best practices in acoustics, noise & vibration control design and sustainability.

Support junior and mid-level architects professional development.

Qualifications (Minimum education, certifications, experience)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering, with basicKnowledge of Acoustics, Noise & Vibration Control.
• 8+ years of experience in acoustics design with demonstrated project leadership; advanced BIM and advanced acoustic design tools.

Skill & Competencies

• Oversees project components, manages complexity, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures team performance.
