Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Trainer located in Ambala. The Accounts Trainer will be responsible for conducting account training sessions, developing course materials, assessing the trainees progress, providing feedback, and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in accounting. Additionally, the Accounts Trainer will collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive training coverage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
• Strong assessment and feedback skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education sector or IT industry is a plus
• Degree in B.Com , M.Com preferable
• Certifications related to accounting or training are advantageous
