About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts Mentor / Faculty with strong subject knowledge and a deep understanding of regulatory exam requirements.
Candidates familiar with RBI & SEBI syllabus and exam patterns will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, easy-to-understand video lectures that keep students hooked
- Develop high-quality notes, PPTs, and MCQs aligned with exam syllabi
- Design bite-sized learning modules mapped to exam formats
- Solve student doubts with clear, structured explanations
- Provide personalized mentorship and study strategies
- Work closely with the Exam Lead to create study plans, course content, and engagement initiatives
- Continuously innovate teaching methods to improve learning outcomes
Required Toolkit (Skills & Experience)
- 23 years of teaching experience in Accounts
- Strong conceptual clarity in Accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable and confident with video-based teaching
- Creative approach to simplifying complex concepts
- Strong mentoring mindset with student-first approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with EdTech platforms / LMS is a plus

- Cleared RBI or SEBI examination
