Role: Accountant Accounts Receivable (NAMER Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team in the NAMER time zone. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, collaborate closely with global teams, and engage with customers across multiple regions.

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM (NAMER Shift)

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

What Will You Be Doing

• Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions.
• Prepare invoices and ensure monthly services are billed according to client agreements.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Reconcile AR accounts and generate aging reports with detailed analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection efforts.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Work with Accounting, Finance, and Payroll teams to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate payment application.
• Perform reconciliations and analysis for management reporting.

What Do We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 35 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally in global operations.
• Proven experience handling large volumes of transactions.
• Strong communication skillsboth verbal and writtensuitable for global collaboration.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite, Zendesk, or online payment platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing financial landscapes.
