Job Requirement
Graduation & Experience:
ü Graduates – B.Com / BBA
ü Minimum experience of 2 to 6 years in O2C process
Essential Requirements:
ü Accounts Receivable/O2C process knowledge – Cash Application, Billing etc.
ü Good understanding of Business e-mail writing etiquette
ü Good Analytical Skills
ü Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
ü Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle & HighRadius

ü Worked in Oracle, HighRadius
Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities:
ü Processes Incoming Customer payments (Lockbox, ACH, Credit Card payments, Manual payments, apply Cash accurately to AR in ERP
ü To maintain daily SLA's
ü Reconcile & to minimize Unapplied Cash, Short payments
ü Reconciliation of recorded payments with ERP & Bank Statement
ü Research and resolve discrepancies
ü Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
ü Resolving Dispute/Issue accounts of internal Cash & Credit Analysis team
ü Preparation of clients reports (Weekly/Monthly)
ü Ensuring the SOP's are updated timely
