About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Executive to join Schbang's Finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will not only have strong accounting skills but also excellent communication and presentation abilities to liaise with internal teams effectively. This role will be key in ensuring smooth revenue collection, accurate reporting, and building strong financial relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivables process including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and collection of outstanding payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare AR reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business, Client Servicing, Finance) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing operations.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and financial planning related to receivables.
- Assist in refining AR processes and driving efficiency within the Finance function.
Key Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Finance, or Accounting.
- Graduate degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com, BAF, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to confidently present data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software/tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
