Accounts Receivable Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding AR claims with insurance companies.
• Handle hospital billing processes, including UB04 claims.
• Work on denial management and resolve claim rejections.
• Perform AR follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
• Utilize EPIC or similar billing software for claim tracking and updates.
• Communicate effectively with insurance providers through calls (international voice process).
• Ensure adherence to RCM processes and compliance standards.
