Accounts Receivable Caller

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hospital billing using UB04 forms and ensure accurate submission of claims
• Perform AR follow-ups and manage denial resolutions
• Apply knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) basics to optimize collections
• Work with EPIC Software (preferred) for billing and claim management
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance payers for claim status and resolution
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing standards
• Operate in a mandatory night shift for US healthcare processes
