Accounts Receivable Caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle AR calling and follow-ups for US Healthcare clients.
• Manage hospital billing processes, including UB04 forms.
• Perform denial management and revenue cycle management (RCM) tasks.
• Work with EPIC software (preferred) for billing and claims processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve AR issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims.
