Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, for an Accounts Receivable Associate. The Accounts Receivable Associate will manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, follow-ups, and reconciliation. You will be responsible for reviewing accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Your role will involve handling customer service inquiries and communicating effectively to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to review and analyze accounts receivable and financial data
  • Experience in Invoicing and Finance, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and manage client relationships
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare RCM services is a plus
  • Ready to work at US shift (6:30 to 3:30 IST)
