Accounts Receivable (AR)Trainee - Fresher
Location: Navi Mumbai ( Turbhe- Navi Mumbai)
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our US Healthcare AR (Accounts Receivable) team. The candidate will be responsible for managing medical billing accounts, following up on insurance claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding claims via calls or payer portals
- Analyze and resolve unpaid/denied claims
- Work on claim rejections and denials to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Maintain accurate documentation of accounts in billing software
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred
- Good communication skills (verbal written English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
