About the Role
We are looking for a Receivables & Collections Executive whose primary responsibility will be following up with clients and collecting overdue payments. The role involves regular client communication and visiting client locations when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients for pending and overdue payments through calls, emails, and visits.
- Visit client offices/sites to collect payments as required.
- Share invoices, payment reminders, and outstanding details with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related queries.
- Maintain basic records of collections, follow-ups, and client commitments.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, receivables, client follow-ups, or Customer Support Roles.
- Comfortable speaking with clients regarding payments.
- Willing to travel locally for client visits.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email.
