Role Overview:
We are looking for an Accounts professional with strong payroll, compliance, and HRMS operational expertise. The role requires end-to-end ownership of payroll management, statutory compliance, reimbursements, and financial documentation, along with hands-on working knowledge of HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete payroll processing, validations, and monthly disbursements.
- Create and maintain PF/ESI accounts and ensure all statutory compliance filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
- Handle Bills of Entry (BOEs), vendor payments, invoicing, and related documentation.
- Process employee reimbursements, claims, and settlements.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial and payroll records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for compliance accuracy.
- Manage HRMS workflows related to attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in Accounts/Finance with strong exposure to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of HRMS tools (e.g. Zoho People, Keka, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in BOEs, reimbursements, and payroll compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, labour laws, and related statutory processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar).
- Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation skills.
