Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Manager, based in Gurugram. The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee and manage accounts payable processes, ensure compliance with financial policies, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring proper accruals, preparing journal entries, and analyzing financial data to optimize processes and accounting controls.
Qualifications
- Strong Accounting skills, including expertise in Journal Entries and handling Accruals
- Proficiency in Finance practices, with the ability to manage financial processes and compliance
- Excellent Analytical Skills for tracking expenses, evaluating processes, and solving financial discrepancies
- Experience in managing accounts payable for a mid-sized to large organization
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong attention to detail
