Qualification: Engineering graduate
Experience- At least 4 years experience in sales with minimum 2 years in Electronics Industry.Basic Electronic and mechanical Engineering knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design- in Molex products in customer s end products both existing and new customers
- Responsible for growing business profitably from assigned customer base.
- Grow CRM pipeline consistently to support business growth
- Help customers in selecting right connectors for their application, provides samples and quote, negotiate and win business for Molex.
- Dvelop good working relationship with customers and pursue higher business allocation
- Build account strategy for good prospective accounts
- For any new product or solutions opportunity, provide PDR requests for new product developments
- Organise concall with customers and Product Division for resolution of technical queries
- Organise sales promotion activities as and when required
- Take support from DSM on need basis for closures of contracts and business negotiation with assigned accounts
- Design- in and transfer of CRM to manufacturing locations for design accounts
- Support Molex internal process by following approved policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Skills Required
- Good communication skills Both verbal and writing
