Job Description
Accounts Manager – Real Estate / Construction- Mandatory
Location: Chennai
Experience: 4+ Years
Department: Accounts
CTC: Up to 60,000/month
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting using Tally Prime.
Handle GST filing, TDS calculation & returns.
Prepare and manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Verify and process vendor bills, purchase bills and contract bills.
Coordinate with Purchase & Contracts teams for bill verification and payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Required:
5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS & BRS.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
Good knowledge of vendor and contract accounting.
