Accounts Manager – Real Estate / Construction- Mandatory

CTC: Up to 60,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting using Tally Prime.
• Handle GST filing, TDS calculation & returns.
• Prepare and manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Verify and process vendor bills, purchase bills and contract bills.
• Coordinate with Purchase & Contracts teams for bill verification and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Required:

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS & BRS.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of vendor and contract accounting.
