Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accounts Manager role based in Thane, Maharashtra. The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare budgets and financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial records, performing audits, and analyzing financial data. The role also involves supervising accounting staff, optimizing financial processes, and providing strategic insights to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Tax Compliance
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulatory requirements is advantageous

Compensation Package: 10 LPA to 18 LPA, depending on experience.
