Hiring: Manager Accounts
Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates preferred)

Reporting To: CFO / GM Finance
We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to lead accounting, taxation, banking compliance, audit coordination, MIS reporting, and ERP-driven financial controls.
The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong financial governance while supporting management decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesBanking & Financial Compliance
- Monthly stock statement submission to consortium / multiple banks
- Preparation & submission of QIS-I, QIS-II, QIS-III
- Coordination with banks for reviews & compliance
GST & Direct Taxation
- Filing of GST returns (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
- GST reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC)
- Quarterly TDS returns
- Coordination for Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit
Accounting & MIS
- Monthly Trial Balance review
- Preparation of MIS & variance analysis
- Quarterly Balance Sheet & P&L (with schedules)
- ERP-based inventory accounting & stock valuation
Store & Inventory Control
- Monitoring GRN, issues, transfers, returns, consumption
- Physical vs. book stock reconciliation
- ERP real-time stock movement accuracy
- Coordination with stores / production / projects
- Supporting stock audits & bank reporting
Audit & Financial Statements
- Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements
- Coordination with statutory, tax, internal & bank auditors
- Compliance with Companies Act & Ind AS
Team Leadership
- Supervision of Accounts team
- Branch account reviews & reconciliations
- Strengthening SOPs & internal controls
Statutory & Regulatory Reporting
- Reporting to tax authorities, banks, auditors & management
- Coordination for CA certificates & statutory submissions
Additional Responsibilities
- Budgeting & forecasting support
- Cash flow planning
- ERP data integrity & system controls
- Risk identification in accounting & taxation
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA / Inter CA / CMA preferred
- 710 years of relevant experience (Manufacturing preferred)
- Strong exposure to GST, Banking Compliance, Cost Audit, ERP & MIS
- Team management experience
- Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills
- Must be based in Ahmedabad
