Responsibilities
Accounting and Finance Control:
- Accurate recording of transactions as per the Accounting standards & Corporate guidelines. Completion of quarterly/ half yearly/ annual Audit
- Review of financial records and ensuring finacial hygiene, controls, and compliance
- Review of policies / practises and implementing best practices
Direct & Indirect Taxation Compliance
- Ensuring Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances are done, with respect to Notices Compliances / Scrutiny Assesment Submission Finalization / Tax Audit / Transfer Pricing Audit/ validation of Taxation related matters
- Ensure Specific issues resolution and its proper decision making with regards to 26AS Reconciliation, Lower Deduction Certificate, GST ITC Validation and Transaction specific compliances.
Capex, Projects And Treasury Support
- Review of the CWIP Along with Project wise its completion.
- To Ensure Timely capitalisation along with update on the ongoing project status is done.
- Corrective measure for timely completion of projects and in Budgeted cost.
- Support to Treasury Team in Project Financing and compliance of Loan Covenants/ Sanctioned Limits.
Business Development , M & A and other growth intiatives & Other Strategic Priorities
- Strategic Units/ Business : Financials Review , Planning and Tax Planning as well as Review of the Profiability of Strategic Entities/ Unit.
- Tax planning for the transfer of mines, evaluation &recommending from the accounting/taxation/ SOP's prespective and transition of activities.
BU Specific Deliverables
- Ensuring compliance for Related Party Transaction's SOP/ DOA / IFC.
- Extending Support to Site team for any issues relating to book closure for duly complying with the timelines.
- Acting as site Finance Head for Mining Tech Consultancy Services
- SAP Implementation for coal production module of upcoming commercial coal mines
Technology, Digitalisation & Data Anyalytics
Automation/digitalization for business support/process improvement
Future Proofing- Organisational Transformation
- Working in clouse co-ordination with GCC.
- Adherence to SLAs and Reverse SLAs.

Manager / Associate Manager- F&A. Total Experience: 8- 12 Years. Essential Qualification: CA with min 8+ years exp
