Utilizing the highly absorbent and antimicrobial properties of unconventional Kenaf fibers, Bliss Natural offers safe, eco-friendly menstrual products that are plastic-free, chemical-free, and certified bio-based. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and social impact, addressing period poverty in India by donating pads for every 10 sold and working toward eight UN Sustainable Development Goals. From an initial investment of INR 20,000, the company has reached an impressive INR 25 million in revenue and received over INR 1.5 crores in grants from renowned organizations like USAID, JHPIEGO, and AFD for its sustainable innovations.

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Manager to join our team at Green Delight Innovations Private Limited. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, where you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets, handling audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining effective reporting systems. The Accounts Manager will also collaborate with team members to ensure accurate bookkeeping and contribute to financial strategies to drive the organization's goals.

• Proficiency in financial recordkeeping, budget preparation, and managing accounts
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and audit procedures
• Competence in accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in sustainable or impact-driven business sectors is a plus
