Eligibility Criteria
- QualifiedChartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in D2C, consumer products, or pharma industry
- Prior experience in handling end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of approximately 10 members.
Skills and System Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian statutory compliances
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems
- Excellent command over Excel, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, reconcations, ledgers, tax filings, and audit readiness
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts within statutory timelines
- Prepare MIS, P&L, cash flow statements, and budget versus actual reports for management review
- Ensure complete compliance with all statutory and tax requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee invoicing, credit note processing, payment cycles, collections, and working capital management
- Strengthen internal financial controls and manage a team of accountants
