Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the verification and entry of vendor invoices in the accounting system.
- Ensure invoices are supported with Purchase Orders, GRN, and approvals.
- Learn and maintain vendor ledger records and assist in the reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Support preparation of vendor payment schedules.
- Verify invoices for GST compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payment records.
- Coordinate with purchase and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing and accounts payable activities.
- Assist in new ERP implementation.
