Role Description

The Accounts & HR Admin role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This individual will be responsible for managing financial accounts, performing administrative HR duties, preparing financial reports, maintaining employee records, and addressing employee queries. Further responsibilities may include coordinating with stakeholders, assisting in audits, and executing payroll tasks, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Finance and Account Management.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess data and create financial reports.
  • Familiarity with HR administrative processes and payroll systems.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is beneficial.
