Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end accounts finalization and balance sheet preparation ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee sales CRM activities to support revenue tracking and sales process optimization.
  • Handle statutory compliances including TDS and GST filings and related activities.
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, issues, and irregularities promptly.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams including sales, finance, and operations for smooth financial processes.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning as required.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax consultants during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Drive process improvements in accounting and finance functions to enhance efficiency.
