Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end financial
operations, including domestic and international accounting for entities across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and
Singapore. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and cross-border
accounting practices, along with the ability to manage multi-country financial processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Consolidate financials across multiple international entities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS / local GAAPs).
2. International Accounting & Compliance
• Handle accounting and financial reporting for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and Singapore entities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT/GST regulations, and statutory requirements in each
jurisdiction.
• Coordinate with local consultants/auditors for filings and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliations.
3. Taxation
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate taxes.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns across all jurisdictions.
• Support tax audits and assessments.
4. Audit & Internal Controls
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
• Oversee forex transactions and hedging (if applicable).
6. Budgeting & Forecasting
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.

• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management.
7. Team Management
• Lead and mentor the accounts team.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely delivery of responsibilities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of work experience in revenue and billing field
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven experience in handling international accounting and multi-country operations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and cross-border taxation.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
• Good understanding of international taxation and compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
