Accounts and Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and leading a team of 5–7 professionals and has experience into Consulting or a CA firm. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure timely and efficient delivery of assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, audit, and finance deliverables for multiple clients.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 5–7 members.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Handle client communication and relationship management.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, OR
• CA Finalist with 5–7 years of relevant experience, OR
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 5–7 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
