Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring smooth compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Accounts & Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO, providing accurate financial insights to support leadership decisions. The role will involve overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audits, while driving financial discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
- Apply sound accounting principles to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial operations.
- Prepare and present monthly P&L reports to the CFO and CEO.
- Manage cash flows, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and oversee expense management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as GST, Income-tax Act, Companies Act, FEMA/RBI compliances.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Manage investor relations and ensure timely communication of financial performance.
- Finalize accounts and draft quarterly and annual financial statements.
Qualifications & Skills
- CA Inter/IPCC/PCC cleared, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Office applications.
- Experience in working with ERP software packages and Power BI is preferred.
