Name of Job Position: Accounts & Finance Manager

We are looking for a powerhouse Finance Manager to lead our accounting and finance functions. As a product-based company, we need someone who is not just good with numbers but is a Master of Tally and an exceptional leader. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts team, ensuring statutory compliance, managing cash flows, and providing the management with accurate financial health reports. If you have a proven track record of managing teams and handling end-to-end accounts in a manufacturing or trading setup, we want you on board.

1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team, ensuring daily tasks are completed with high accuracy and within deadlines.
2. End-to-End Tally Management: Supervise all entries in Tally, ensuring 100% accuracy in ledgers, inventory, and group accounting.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets.
4. Statutory Compliance: Take full ownership of GST filings, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax, ensuring no delays or penalties.
5. Inventory & Store Accounting: Monitor stock movements, perform monthly inventory reconciliations, and ensure Store-to-Tally data integrity.
6. Cash Flow & Fund Management: Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances, and plan for upcoming payables and receivables to ensure smooth operations.
7. Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors; ensure all documentation is ready for a seamless audit process.
8. Banking Operations: Manage bank reconciliations, loan documentation, and maintain healthy relationships with financial institutions.
9. Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Oversee departmental budgets and highlight significant variances to the management for corrective action.
10. Internal Controls: Implement and enforce strict internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prevent leakages.

1. Education: M.Com  OR MBA in Finance. 
2. Experience: 7 to 12 years of core experience in accounting and finance roles.
3. Software Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Tally is 100% required. You should know Tally's inventory and taxation features inside out.
4. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a team of at least 5–10 accounts executives.
5. Taxation Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, Income Tax, TDS) and Companies Act.
6. Product Industry Background: Prior experience in a product-based, manufacturing, or FMCG company is highly preferred.
7. Excel Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUPs, Financial Modeling) for detailed reporting.
8. Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
9. Analytical Mindset: Sharp ability to detect errors, perform deep reconciliations, and offer financial insights.
10. Availability: Immediate joiners (or those with a notice period of less than 15 days) will be given top priority.
