We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Accounts Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in teaching accounting subjects and will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, preparing course materials, and mentoring students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures and workshops on accounting principles and practices.
- Prepare and evaluate course materials, including assignments and assessments.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic pursuits and career development.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of accounting and finance.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance course content and teaching strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of teaching experience in accounting or a related subject.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling), SAP MM).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.
