Accounts Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive, based in Jaipur. The Accounts Executive will oversee daily financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, this role requires active support in tax filings, financial reporting, and assisting in audits. The Accounts Executive will collaborate with other teams to ensure financial processes align with the company's goals and maintain efficiency.

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and accounts reconciliation
• Solid understanding of tax regulations, GST compliance, and financial reporting
• Excellent skills in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial tools
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (relevant certifications like CA or CMA are a plus)
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management accounting is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
